Why did I become a murderer?
It's simple. I hated hating. So, with the dog dead, there was no more rage; and no grudges remained, neither on my part nor, much less, on his or hers. That way, there was a win-win deal; because I saved them lots of anger, and I also got rid of certain inconveniences.
But one
thing's for sure: since I decided to become a murderer, I've never been an
amateur. The prove is that I'm still alive, free, and even I´ve been considered
an upstanding citizen.
But let's
leave that aside, because that would be presumption, and a murderer like me
doesn't deserve it, because I still have some grudges to settle with certain
individuals; it's just that they haven't yet earned the right for me to send
them to the other side; because, believe it or not, I calculate and plan each
of my actions down to the minute, even to the second, and I carefully select
the ideal place and time. Of course, any death must be more than justified;
because the benefit isn't just personal; it's a social one. Since the
unpleasant, the quarrelsome, and the violent ones harm everyone, and one more murder
isn't a personal matter, but an act of kindness that society occasionally
requires.
But I
won't call it with that terrible word, murder; nor would I categorize it as
disappearance; rather, I would say: It's a cleansing, an eradication of evil;
as if it were a deadly virus that it is convenient to eradicate.
And if I
have no guilty thoughts, please don't think I'm completely misquivious, that I'm a insane
individual, a crude and brutish psychopath, a deranged person who reeks from
the moment he approaches, or an unpleasant fellow with nervous tics or erratic
and abnormal speech. No. On the contrary, I am a
refined and cordial gentleman, or as they told me in England, "A pure
gentleman." Because if you have to kill, you must do it with discretion
and even gentleness.
And don't
think that because I'm a fine, classic guy, I despise those low-class hired
killers; hitmen, as they're called, who for a few dollars will make any mortal
disappear; or those snipers, who think they belong to high society, in suits
and sports cars, who carry a super-professional tool, who leave no trace and
don't get their hands dirty, because distance is their specialty.
I'm convinced that death is where we're all headed.
So all I do is hasten that process for some individuals I absolutely despise.
And if
being a killer can be considered a profession, for me it isn't. I do it as a
hobby, as a specialty.
And if
you ask me… why did I become a murderer? I already said it. To get rid myself of certain annoyances, and to do
some good… for society. That´s all.
